Title 1 & State Accountability Report Card
Title I is the nation’s largest federal assistance program for schools, its primary goal being to help every child get a high-quality education and meet academic standards. Title I resources are directed towards students who need them most, helping children be successful in school.
Future currently operates as a Targeted Assistant Title I school, and is in the planning process to operate as a school wide program. This means that our current Title I resources are used to benefit only a sub-group of children enrolled in our school, as guided by our school’s “Targeted Assistant Plan”.
Title I staff support in our classrooms on a regular basis to provide instruction and assistance. Students may also be pulled out of the classroom at times for small group instruction and academic intervention.
